My advice to my younger self? Don't really know if I'd listen, but I'd say things tend to work out in the end.

I don't think I could look that serene if I tried. You're obviously taking your own advice nowadays.
Not always / not enough somedays. But give it a try, it might rub off on you if you just pretend...
I'm surprised how calm I look as I was sat on a bean bag out the back of the house, contorting myself to get a self portrait and waiting for my neighbours to appear any minute!
